Meet The Pastor
Pastor Albert Salazar was born and raised in the Houston/Pasadena Texas area. He graduated from Pasadena High School in the summer of 1967 where upon he was drafted into the army. After serving 2 years with an honorable discharge, he returned to Pasadena Texas with his new family. He was working at Olin Chemical Plant (10 years) when he felt the call into full time ministry. It came out of a teachable moment in his life when God revealed a need for leadership in the lives of young people. When his Pastor ( Ben Rojas) wanted to offer a bible study to members of the church,(La Hermosa) they soon found that the constituents attending the church from a different part of town were not interested in having a bible study, but wanted to establish themselves as a church. At the age of 31, he and his wife (Della) set out on the journey that God laid before them and New Life Church was birthed under their Pastoral administration. He has always believed in “that a workman should study to show himself approved” therefore, he strived to attend school while pastoring and has earned both a Bachelors in biblical studies from Vision Christian University, a Bachelors in Psychology from Le’ Tourneau University, and a Master’s in Psychology/Counseling from International Christian University. He has also been awarded an honorary Drs. Degree. In 2006, the present building was purchased and the name of the church was changed to Master’s Plan World Outreach. Master’s Plan foundation is based on God’s word that provides growth and community. Pastor Albert’s testimony is one of the remaining faithful in the midst of trials by overcoming through faith; not one of complexity, but of the peace found in Jesus. It is one of fighting for the Lord, and victory in hardships. Certainly God’s greatness, mercy and grace have followed him thus far.
Real Men 300
Today our nation is facing a male leadership crisis. Our families and this generation of young men need to see and know what a man that loves and serves God looks like. They need to see that God is our passion and growing in Him is our purpose.
"As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend" - Proverbs 27:17
Our prayer is that every woman would grow in God's Word and become a minister of healing and hope to others. It is only out of a healed and healthy heart that anyone can effectively begin to reach their full potential as mothers, wives, friends, and women of God. As Princess Warriors, grounded in prayer, we strive to live out Philippians 3:13.
"I do not count myself to have apprehended, but one thing I do, forgetting those things that are behind and reaching forward to those things that are ahead." - Philippians 3:13
Our youth ministry is set to mentor, encourage, and teach the Word of God in a way that our youth can develop a strong Christian identity based on a Biblical worldview. It is our desire that through Bible studies, fellowship activities, outings, and ministry opportunities they would learn to live a Christ-centered life with the emphasis on character and maturity through discipleship. Ages 13 to 18 meet on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month at 10:00 a.m. for fellowship and Bible study and every Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. for worship.
Kidz Connect & Pre-Teens (Ages 3-12)
Our desire is to aid parents in guiding their children in developing a strong Christian identity based on a Biblical world view. Helping them know and understand their purpose in God's Kingdom. As parents, you can breathe easy knowing your kids are safe and secure, while meeting new friends and growing in God's Word. We meet Sunday mornings at 9:45.
“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it” – Proverbs 22:6
Missions - Bless the Nations
Our goal is to fulfill the Great Commission according to Matthew 28:19
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit"
Bless the Nations has become one of our greatest endeavors and blessings. Each year during the Christmas season, we have chosen a nation to bless; either on our own or through partnering with another organization. It has been our honor to reach locations such as Guatemala, Vietnam, Mexico, Trinidad, Bulgaria, Honduras, Africa, Israel, and the United States. It is our way of celebrating the love of Jesus with the world.
Expressions of Praise - Worship Ministry
Our church is committed to the presence of God and our worship team strives to set the atmosphere in each service as expressions of praise and adoration. While we value music, talent, and skill, we place a much greater emphasis on connecting hearts with the Father, in meaningful and tangible ways. There is a distinct difference in knowing about God and knowing God. Our utmost call is to divert attention, even if only for a moment, from all of life's many distractions, and refocus that attention on the King of Kings and Lord of Lords! There is something powerful that takes place when God's people come together in one mind, one spirit, and one accord! Our expression of praise is a catalyst for breakthrough, healing, and restoration; a resting place for the person and presence of God!

An Encounter Retreat presents a series of experiences and personal teachings that result in visible, manifested change in the lives of all who participate. It offers an environment and opportunity that allows everyone to discover how to establish a deeper relationship with God. We teach about Biblical experiences on forgiveness of sin, deliverance from bondage, emotional and physical healing, and restoration of self-worth. Being a Christian means to live by God's Word — learning it, personally experiencing it, and obeying it.
